Depending on the available acreage will determine use as my knowledge and experience is diverse as is my business acumen focused. I’m interested in small & large animal livestock (pigs, chickens and bovine(cows)). Soilless production will also be a major focus as its products can be tailed to market niche needs. I’m also focused on soil grown vegetables, fruits and herbs. My Mobile Farm Stand concept is gaining traction therefore my shot term production is pressing. Once the individual cog wheels have been established, I can put the gears in place to fine tune a well oiled machine as my team streamlines the quirks.
Thus far my production is limited to available space and a mid season start though fall crop planning strategy has been started .
