I am working to secure a location to house a farm that I will use to start a hydroponic farming business. The goal of this business is to serve Vernon and the Greater Hartford region with fresh, hyper-local, and year-round produce.

The Background

To do this; I am working to purchase a farm from a company that builds modular indoor hydroponic farms using shipping containers; that are insulated, climate controlled, and contain the necessary equipment required to grow corps within them (i.e., lights, growing sections, water systems, etc.)

This is going to be the method I use to be able to deliver on my goal to serve the Vernon area.

The Request

My request to you and where you fit into all this, is that I require a location to house the farm for about 1 year. Somewhere around 320sqft with level grade. Preferably, this location has the ability to access and connect to electricity and water. This farm is not a permanent structure, it is modular, and I do plan to move it once I am able to obtain a more permanent location on my own.

The Agreement

My goal with you is to provide a proposition that adds value to YOU in this case. If you have 320sqft of space available and you aren’t really getting any value from, in the form of Cashflow, then maybe we can come to an agreement to change that.
