Conaci Farms

My husband and I are seeking a property to start a homestead. We are looking for land where we can raise meat birds, goats, and eventually mini cows. We are also looking to put up multiple greenhouses. Our goal is to eventually scale into a local nursery for veggies   or into a chicken farm. 

We currently have a flock of 20 chickens, 5 dogs, and decades of large scale gardening between us. We preserve 25% of our annual food needs from our garden, but are avid about scaling up. 

My dad has always dreamed of owning a farm as well. His grandfather was one of the original pheasant farmers for the state of ct, and his grandmother ran a garden farm-stand.  If the land was sufficient, he’d be interested in living on the property as well.
