Factum Equine

Factum Equine is a 501c3 sanctuary for humans and horses- we provide nature based wellness programs with horses for adults in a species centric setting. As we grow, we are looking for partially cleared land to build a small home, a barn, and a greenhouse/farm stand. Due to our species centric care style, we'd prefer to build a structure that meets our needs versus modifying an existing structure- we need a wash stall, bathroom, classroom for community education, tack room, hay storage, no stalls- we'd like our herd of 18 to live in 3 small groups, track style turnout with loafing areas attached to the barn. We have a special community of boarders, clients, and volunteers who share expertise to ensure horses, nature, and humans are cared for. We are NOT a busy lesson program- we serve for depth as opposed to breadth.
