Description
Career chef by trade, looking at all things very differently now and reprioritizing. Have had small home farm with pigs and chickens but never had the time to explore anything more.
I currently own a small restaurant and catering company in Manchester, CT. Looking to explore short or long term options with land owners. Hoping to operate the two locations in tandem with my business partner and family members. Come from a line of farmers, mostly dairy and field crops in the VT area.
