Grace and David Spruance

We are looking to farm in either Windham or New London county(s). My partner has been apprenticing for the last two years in an organic pig production which is currently grossing more than 40,000 per year. Unfortunately it has only been a volunteer experience. He has worked in the process of butchering and packaging the meat as well as helping to sell. In addition we both have experience with small livestock such as goats and chickens. Our goal would be to either lease to own or work for a farmer and then take over the land. We would like to raise goats, pigs, sheep, and chickens/other fowl- as well as growing organic vegetables and fruits in the future.
