Kiernan Black

I am currently the manager at the Ballymaloe Organic Farm School in Co. Cork, Ireland. We specialize in organic farming and have a raw milk micro-dairy. I have learned both farming skills as well as how to bring people in and educate them on the importance of growing your own food- whether it be produce or meat/dairy. 

My goal is to own a small farm with the intent to run a farm school in America where people can come to the farm and observe the operations/ take away new skills to go implement into their own lives. Whatever is grown on the farm will be sold onsite in a farm shop and at local farmers markets. 

I would like to grow produce, herbs, and keep bees and potentially goats, sheeps and/or pigs.
