My name is Lindsey, and I’m the founder of From the Farm—an organic, sustainable, farm-to-table dairy brand based on the East Coast. Our mission is to localize the food supply chain, offering consumers the freshest, highest-quality, all-natural dairy products, starting with our delicious A2 ice cream.

Before launching From the Farm, I spent 10 years on Wall Street and in Venture Capital, where I saw firsthand the challenges and inefficiencies within our current food system. That experience inspired me to create a brand that not only delivers exceptional products but also redefines how food is sourced and produced. My vision is to emulate the localized, clean, and organic farming practices I’ve studied and witnessed through my work with farmers both in the U.S. and around the world.

At From the Farm, we’re committed to having a farm at the heart of our brand. While we’re beginning with one product, our long-term vision is to offer a full range of farm-to-table, 100% grass-fed products that consumers can trust. Additionally, we aim to create an agritourism experience that educates and inspires people about organic, regenerative, and sustainable farming practices.

I am currently open to flexible partnership opportunities (i.e. lease-to-own, succession planning, etc). I will have a farmer partner to help with farm management as I run the business operations, but I am committed to learning the full scope of farm duties in order to successfully run the entire brand. Redefining our food system is my sole mission and I'm hopeful to find a farm to take the next step.
