Minore Maple Farm is a family-owned and operated maple syrup producer based in Orange, Connecticut, with over ten years of hands-on experience in traditional and modern sugaring practices. As our operation continues to grow, we are actively seeking opportunities to expand our maple syrup production through partnerships with landowners who have suitable woodland properties. Our goal is to establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that support sustainable land use while producing high-quality, locally made maple syrup. 

Minore Maple Farm follows best management practices for maple syrup production, emphasizing forest health, tree longevity, and environmental stewardship. Our experience includes proper tapping techniques, responsible tap density, regular system maintenance, and end-of-season protocols that protect the long-term vitality of the trees. We believe that sustainable sugaring is not only better for the forest, but also essential to producing a consistent, high-quality product year after year.
