Looking to create a destination place , a multi-purposed place   with animals , crops , seasonal activities , farm to table food , wedding venue , catering facility , seasonal activities ,general store , the general store for example would be filled with local product as we have meet many farmers and loacl makers ) antique shop  etc etc.  a gradual increase in activities as time goes by. preferably a busy main road.  this is a venture that would require having the people and abilities to make it happen.  

we currently own and operate a pizzeria as well as an italian ice trailer for farmers markets and events ,( third generation italian ice maker , all natural )  and have a thrift shop and antique collectibles shop inside and attached to the pizzeria.   

the type of place we are looking to create is a place that will become a landmark. , all ages , we have no intention of serving alcohol  

heres an example.   family of four driving down the road and they see this 12 ft cow. ?   they want to stop and take pictures because who wouldnt. how often do you see somethong like that .    then you see everything  ,  general store , thrift shop.  miniture golf , a petting zoo.  and various food operations. that would be great to set it up in a main street usa type space. or like the wild west. old. vintage. 

I am an idea man, and interested in a variety of attractions to cater to  all ages. we are very much interested in community.
