Description

I am a graduate student of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Plant & Soil Systems. I've spent roughly 10 years of my life continuously studying and applying farming practices. I have years of experience in scientific fields, mostly agricultural. This includes organic farming systems and greenhouse growing. My goal is to start small, on 1-2 acres with my market initially being CSA members. I am passionate about using JADAM and KNF practices that utilize microbial life and closest to reach resources. I prefer to find farmland that is transitioning its ownership to a younger farmer as myself. 

I also have a year of farm management experience on a non-profit farm in Western Mass. This was vital to become comfortable with documenting farm data and planning crop schedules.
