I am seeking a partnership in a small farm operation that would include a 1–2 acre orchard, with the potential for cider production, as well as additional field crops and hay on open acreage. I would welcome a partner who keeps horses, goats, sheep, chickens, or geese, as livestock would be a valued part of the farm’s activity and character.

I am interested in either remodeling an existing structure or building a smaller, energy-efficient residence, along with an accessory building. Because I operate a professional oil-painting business, the accessory building would include a dedicated art studio. The presence of animals, farmland, and agricultural buildings would provide an ideal landscape and subject matter for my artwork.

I would not be a full-time farmer, as I continue to run my art business. I could contribute to farm work approximately 2–3 days per week, with the flexibility to travel out of state for several weeks at a time when needed. I am not seeking significant profit from the farm operation itself and would prefer that the operating income primarily benefit my farming partner. My main interest is in investing in and co-owning the farmland and using it for the purposes described above.
