Description

I am an emerging farmer and founder of Soul & Soil Cooperative, a wellness-driven agricultural business focused on sustainable vegetable production, herbs, cut flowers, and value-added wellness goods. My background is in small-business ownership, operations, product development, and community-centered entrepreneurship. I am transitioning these skills into agriculture with a long-term goal of building a Connecticut-based farm-to-wellness brand that serves local families, organizations, and small retail partners.

Although I am new to formal farming, I bring strong experience in project management, family-run operations, brand development, and retail production. I am actively pursuing training, mentorship, and hands-on work to establish a solid foundation in regenerative, small-scale farming practices.

I am looking for landowners who value responsible land stewardship, communication, collaboration, and long-term vision. I am committed to maintaining and caring for the land with respect, consistency, and integrity.
