Sudheer Aderu

I come from a farming family, but I haven’t had the opportunity to run a farm independently yet. That said, I’ve always been deeply fascinated by the land, soil, and the entire farming cycle - from planning and planting to nurturing crops and harvesting. Over the years, my interest in agriculture has only grown stronger, and I now feel ready to take the step of building something of my own. My goal is to start a small, well-managed farming operation focused on learning the business side the right way, creating consistent processes, and producing quality crops. I’d like to begin with a manageable scale, validate what works in the local market, and then expand gradually as I gain experience, build customer relationships, and reinvest profits back into the farm.
