Ten Mile Farm

I'm an aspiring farmer who wishes to start a Christmas tree farm supplemented by small-scale vegetable crops (1/2 acre - 1 acre), agritourism crops (i.e., pumpkins, maple syrup, etc), and, maybe at some point, laying hens and pigs. Existing farm buildings/infrastructure/equipment, such as a barn that could be used as a farm stand, irrigation or at least water from municipal or well, and a greenhouse, would be ideal. 5-15 acres would be desirable. Organic practices or organic certified is important. This would ideally start as a profit-sharing partnership to possibly be later transitioned into a lease once proof-of-concept is demonstrated and profit is generated. Open to ideas!
