The Farm on Old Farms

I am seeking 2-10 fenced acres for horses. I own horses for personal and sport use. My personal farm won't support having all at home and I currently board three horses out of state. I am looking for suitable pasture/paddock turnout. A suitable farm will have quality fencing; a run-in or barn for shelter; and access to clean water. Ideal would include cross fencing for rotation and separation of my mare in foal. Land within 30 minutes of Willington or Storrs is preferable. The lease must be less than standard boarding costs for two horses. I would consider purchasing down the road for the ideal set up. Looking for spring and summer with the option to extend for at least a year. Prefer the lease allows for my horses to be separate from other horses, but I would consider turn out with cows.
