Great location Hartford area. About 8-10 acres till-able. Other acres can be used for fruit or Christmas trees short drive to Hartford Regional market or other local farm markets. Was used as a family farm for over 50 years growing corn and other vegetables. Has water for irrigation pond and brook. Hoop greenhouse. I have a butler building also on the farm that houses my tractors and equipment. Use of building and equipment would need to be negotiated. I am willing to separate my 2 fields. One is 2-3 acres the other about 6 acres,
