Description
We are offering a seasonal grazing opportunity on established pasture from April through October. The pasture is appropriate for cattle and we are open to goats or sheep as well. We envision a small-scale, seasonal arrangement and would work collaboratively with the farmer. Area is fenced with a combination of 4 strand barbed wire and some areas of 4 foot cattle fencing. Tenant would provide electric fencing if needed for goats or sheep and assist with occasional pasture mowing. The property has a pond for cattle watering. If sheep or goats are grazed, the tenant would supply an alternative water source.
