My family and I recently purchased this land in hopes of qualifying as a farm with the town of Simsbury and building our family home on this property. It is important that we start to farm the land and can generate enough revenue in the first year in order to qualify with the town as a Farming entity.  looking for a partner to help us and can start in the spring of 2026. The initial land clearing has been completed and I can show the property whenever you would like, or drive by 45 Hoskins and you can see the farm from the road.
