Description

Black Barn Farms is a new small permaculture family farm with 2.5 acres located in Southbury CT on the site of an old 300 year old horse farm. We are currently restoring the farm and seeking the purchase of an adjacent 5 acre property with 4 acres classified as pasture with barns and 3 storage buildings on site and a dilapidated farm house on the roadside 1 acre.

We are looking for partnerships in developing a food sharing coop, education center, Hemp growing partnerships, (I am developing a hemp cloning greenhouse currently together with another family farm in Danbury) and a farm to door prepared food business in our effort to develop food security in our region. 

I also run a architectural design business Unfoldhomes.com helping farms, opens space, land preservation groups and various land owners to expand their income opportunities by hosting short term rentals of tiny houses, Glamping structures and movable micro dwellings and even full tiny home villages.  We specializes in designing and delivering unique structures like above mentioned that also including timber frame barns, sheds and out buildings of all kinds.
