Description
One open field of 4 - 8 acres bordered by woods. The field currently has some grain crops that have self seeded because the grain has not been harvested. The field is flat, with full sun exposure, and is uplands with sandy loam soils. This field could be certified organic as organic practices have been followed and landowner can document recent practices. The landowner has investigated installing an irrigation well with USDA NRCS.
There is potential for temporary structures and possible temporary housing. The landowner is open to negotiate these terms and is open to possibilities for different agricultural enterprises that are appropriate for the field. The landowner is willing to consider partnerships and is open to discussing creative opportunities.
