Description
Family owned 50 acre land seeking partnership with a farmer. Ideally, would have goats and/or sheep and small orchard, vegetable and crops. We would like goats and sheep to help graze and clear land, and we’ll like small amount of produce for personal use but the majority would be for farmer to sell or use. We are looking to provide irrigation and mend current fencing. We have a tractor and tractor barn. Two open fields (3 acres) for grazing and crops, and 40 plus acreage of woods and pond not suitable for crops. There is not available farmer housing on site.
