The lower meadow on my property is grass covered with some meadow flowers such as yarrow. Surrounded by woodland and swamp I believe it is somewhat acidic. There is a portion that is a little wet, used for growing vegetables previously. It is good pasture for goats or sheep, not as rich for horses. Could use rain barrels for water collection. Would love to see someone grow flowers or tend sheep for wool production.

Description
I have a hobby farm of 3.5 acres with a lower meadow of about 1-2 acres suitable for sheep or goats and a shed to house them. I kept sheep and chickens there and there is a small fenced area next to the shed. Horses may be a possibility. I can have up to three total and currently have a mini.
The land is flat and has full sun which is suitable for a greenhouse/hoop house for specialty crops, herbs or flowers.
I have organic composted manure from my pony and water could be collected in rain barrels for crops. There is a lower access gate separate from the main driveway.
