Description
ISO investor and or partner for spectacular property in Clinton, CT with tremendous potential as a Farm Tourism venue. The property is rich with history and sits right on the Kelseytown reservoir. It was purchased in July 2020 and the entire main house was gutted trying to save any historic features that were left. Left side of the main house was built in 1724. The right side early 1900's. There is also a stone house that was once a speakeasy! It was burned down and has now been completely restored and is an airbnb. In it's past, the property was also an old hunting lodge and and art colony. The views morning, noon and night are always something to see.
Agritourism events can include farm to table dinners, cooking classes, workshops and more. Land for vegetables, flowers, smaller farm animals. There is one pasture cleared for horses and have been working on clearing more land for farming.
