Windy Valley Farm is a historic, 100-plus-acre property in Bethlehem, CT, that has been in operation since 1917. We are dedicated to preserving this legacy through active land management and sustainable practices.

Currently, the property features diverse terrain, including significant open acreage (approx. 8.5+ acres in the primary field) and secondary pastures. We are actively working with the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) on pollinator programs, wildlife easements, and extensive tree planting initiatives.

The land is overseen by an esteemed Native Plant Horticulturalist, ensuring that any agricultural expansion aligns with local ecology. We are seeking experienced farmers who value conservation-minded farming and who wish to be part of the next chapter of this storied Connecticut landscape.
